Andrea on 'Over The Rainbow'

Andrea is involved in a new charity album called 'Over The Rainbow' set to be released on June 4th. The album has been put together by Anneka Rice as part of her new 'Challenge Anneka' program.

Anneka and her team were given the task of producing and recording an album of songs from musicals by a host of different artists.

In addition to recording, Anneka also had to throw a Gala concert attended by the great and the good, in order to launch the album. Other artists appearing on the record are stars such as Duncan James, Cerys Matthews, Lesley Garrett, Curtis Stigers, Jermaine Jackson and Bonnie Tyler. The whole process can be seen in Challenge Anneka, ITV1 - 9:00pm on June 6th.

The proceeds from this event will go to children's hospices across the country. Children's hospices are unsung heroes who provide vital care for terminally ill children and the families and siblings who care for them. Largely overlooked by the government to date, 85% of their annual costs are met by fundraising.  Last year a staggering 20,000 children across the country desperately needed hospice care: only 4,600 received it.
